Wage: $32/HR for 37.5 HRs/Week

Job Duties:
1. Organize and provide settlement service for customers by coordinating with and assigning tasks to other customer service representatives.
2. Oversee and coordinate the work of dealing with inquires and correspondences with clients to solve their issues.
3. Setup schedules and procedures by negotiating with clients to deliver services based on customer’s needs.
4. Provide information and consultation related other services and goods.
5. Manage customer relationships by following up with customers and planning marketing activities.
6. Supervise and train other customer service representatives and develop enhanced strategies to ensure and improve the efficiency and quality.
7. Manage and coordinate activities and services with other departments and personnel to improve customer satisfaction.
8. Record and analyze customer data through CRM systems and make regular reports of customer insights and performance analysis.

Job Requirements:

Language requirement: English
Education requirement: Completion of college of related major
Experience requirement: 1-2 years related experience
