Century Private School is seeking to recruit a
Key Accounts Manager who will be responsible for building up long-term and strategic partnerships with our key clients - the recruiting agencies and the partnering schools and educational institutions.
About the PositionThis is a challenging full-time position that encourages you to utilize your complete set of skills and experience in sales and communications to nurture relationships to strategic planning and cross-functional leadership.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain solid relationship with key clients -recruiting agencies and partnering schools/educational institutions that bring in the most students for the school
- Identify and develop new key clients to increase the number of student enrolment
- Develop organizational policies and procedures in relation to management of key clients
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the sales team to implement the school’s overall recruitment strategy and achieve student enrollment target
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with key clients, review progress reports and milestones
- Address and resolve the complaints and concerns from key clients
- Act as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams
- Develop solid understanding of key clients' needs and preference and provide support and solutions
- Assist to develop students’ recruitment strategies, goals, plans, and related policies and procedures
- Collaborate with marketing, recruitment, admissions, education, financial, and student service departments to ensure that key clients’ needs are met
- Train and manage the key clients team
- Prepare reports and regularly communicate the progress to the management
- Build and maintain relationships with all stakeholders
