The recruitment team at Myticas Consulting is looking for an experienced SAP Security Analyst who would be interested in a contract opportunity offered within the Ottawa, ON region.

Responsibilities

• User administration and SAP Roles maintenance.


• Working with business and project teams to troubleshoot SAP Access issues related to roles and authorization by following the change management processes and procedures.


• Review, streamline and simplified company roles by creating CORE roles (Organization/Job Title) based on new company organization structure.


• Assist in packaging technical transports and releases relating to user access, roles and authorization.


• Assist in implementing a testing strategy for roles & authorization related development.


• Review SAP Security related notes, audit findings and vulnerabilities to ensure that the SAP application is secured and in compliance with the various governing acts and procedures.

• SAP Code Migration (Transport) in all SAP environments.


• SAP License Audit and Usage Reporting.


• Prepare and maintain various operational, procedural documents and reports as and when required.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years experience with SAP Security Basics (SAP Security Transactions), SAP Authorization Concept, Roles/Activity Groups, and User Administration.


• Experience in SAP Central User Administration (CUA).


• Experience resolving complex Security issues (e.g. authorization & SOD issues) in the SAP Systems.


• Experience with functional and end to end testing.


• Experience with SAP Transport (TMS / Code Migration) process.

Nice to Have

• Experience with the following SAP Systems/Modules: ERP, Portals, EM, BW, CRM.


• Experience with JIRA/Confluence-Experience with Agile Methodology and ability to work in high demanding environment.


• Familiar with Structural authorizations/profiles in the SAP Systems.


• Familiar with SAP License Management and License Management Tools.


• Knowledge of other configuration areas within SAP and/or ability to code ABAP.


• Strong communication skills to articulate security and controls risk exposure.


• Demonstrated leadership, teamwork and collaboration in professional setting.


• Knowledge of Incident and Change Management process and tools.

Education

• College Diploma or University degree in Computer Science or equivalent and 2 years of relevant experience is required.


• SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Certification will be an asset.
