As a Customer Loyalty Specialist, you will assist the customers of Canada's largest telecommunications company regarding their products and services. Thanks to your friendly nature, great listening and multitasking skills, you will discuss their needs and explore every option to offer the best solution possible. This is the ideal position for someone looking for a career that allows them to put forward their sales skills while interacting with people. Also, we will provide you with all the computer equipment you need to start your career from the comfort of your own home!

Here's what your day will look like:

In this role, you will:

  • Respond to various requests from clients to find the best solution adapted to their needs;
  • Offer an exceptional customer experience by providing a warm and courteous service;
  • Promote complementary solutions according to the needs and habits discussed with the client.
Here's what you need to join the team:
  • High school diploma or equivalent completed;
  • Excellent learning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills;
  • Great communication skills (oral and written) and ability to quickly connect and interact with people;
  • Proficiency in a sales environment - We are looking for people who are motivated to achieve results!
  • Friendly and helpful nature - You enjoy interacting with people and helping them find the best solution to their problem;
  • Ability to work in a computerized environment and perform various tasks simultaneously;
  • Excellent learning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills;
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or in a call center, a great asset!
  • Bilingualism (English and French), an asset;
  • Ability to work from home, an asset - You can discuss this in more detail with our recruitment team.

Finally, a flexible schedule is key - we have to be able to serve our customers when they need us (during the day, evening or weekends) - that's what service is about!

  • Competitive base salary of $19.75/hour after training;
  • Performance-based incentive;
