Your role at a glance:

What your day will look like

As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide support to assist and respond to Canada Post customers' various requests such as their delivery status, redirected mail, rates, and general inquiries. This is a non-sales position that focuses solely on customer service. Add to this the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home - what could be better?

Here's what you need to join the team

  • Bilingualism (English and French), written and spoken;
  • Ability to perform various tasks simultaneously in a computerized environment;
  • Excellent attention to detail and a genuine desire to help others - customer service and solving problems are your strengths!
  • Be available full-time during the training period;
  • Must be able to work from home (an asset). You can discuss this in more detail with our recruitment team.
  • Must be available to work in the following time slots:
    • Monday to Friday: 9:00 am till 10:30 pm;
    • Saturday and Sunday: 11:00 am till 10:00 pm.

If you wish to work these hours in fewer days per week (4 days per week), it's possible! Do not hesitate to discuss this with our team.

Here's what you need to join the team:
  • Hourly wage of 14,10$ after training;
  • Premium for weekend hours;
  • Fully-paid training and coaching program;
