We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.
- Operate with a client-centric orientation to maximize IDC value in terms of quality, timeliness, and customer experience.
- Help scope and manage projects that satisfy client requirements and address project specifications and timelines as proposed.
- Manage quality assurance in every stage of the engagement (proposals through to delivery), e.g., optimizing the look and feel of the final deliverables, proofreading for accuracy, ensuring quality assurance on a dataset, etc.
- Analyze quantitative datasets and/or survey data'
- Data interpretation and the ability to develop a data-driven story
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- The individual should have 5+ years of professional experience with a focus on business development and project management.
- Subject matter expertise and a working knowledge of the ITC market is advantageous
- Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methodologies and market modeling is preferred. At a minimum, the individual will need to show a capacity to learn these skillsets.
- Excellent communication skills with written and oral communications
- Strong business development and project management skills are essential. PMP certification a plus.
- Experienced in MS Office PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook
- Travel within the GTA with occasional trips to further destinations (Ottawa, BC, AB, QC)
- Hybrid work environment, position is based at IDC Canada's corporate headquarters in Toronto, ON. (Currently remote due to COVID-19)
