We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

• Supporting strategic sponsorship, partnership and thought leadership with business & technology partners around innovative technology solutions
• Developing, planning and strategizing on opportunities that will produce productionized solutions
• Managing a team of technology and business professionals (business analysts, product specialists, software engineers, data scientists etc.)
• Initiating and leading discussions to support design/architecture/development with emerging technology solutions (ex. Distributed Ledger technology, AI/ML, NLP, Cryptography, Cybersecurity, Cloud etc.)
• Support team to design & develop proof of concepts to show value as needed
• Tracking of finances for all initiatives in the Innovation portfolio
• Supporting reporting and governance mechanisms to enhance Innovation Program efficiency and effectiveness

• Strong technical knowledge & experience in architecture or development
• 5+ years of people management/ relevant start-up experience with a proven track record of building and leading high performing teams
• Experience translating product and technology strategy into actionable program, product, and project deliverables
• An entrepreneurial mindset to drive change and make an impact
• Excellent communication and change management skills
• Energy, curiosity, being a continuous learner
• Understanding of emerging technologies
• Familiarity with the banking domain and banking technology
