Job Description:

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.



  • Consult on large cross-functional technical projects like major migrations or integrations, platform and infrastructure changes, or architectural optimizations. This may include some combination of helping with briefs & outcome assessments, determining optimal phasing, discussing scope tradeoffs, and/or articulating metrics & measures of success
  • Work with other cross functional teams in data, finance, marketing, Revenue operations to understand and empathize with the evolving needs and wants of prospects & subscribers around the world
  • Work with data science and analytics counterparts to build business cases and opportunity assessments
  • Be an internal leader and partner for understanding, articulating, and solving complex business problems related to platforms, systems, and infrastructure
  • Help identify issues and blockers that may delay the launch or impede the success of projects or capabilities and work with partners to communicate effectively, assess alternatives, and take action to resolve through collaboration and communication

  • 8+ years of experience leading a substantial line of business or comparable senior product management roles

  • Experience shipping B2B software products, ideally to customers in different segments such as large enterprises, via direct/indirect channels

  • Experience developing and executing on multi-year business strategies collaborating with cross-functional teams

  • Direct experience in building and managing high-functioning, diverse, and inclusive teams

  • Experience leading with influence, not necessarily authority, across a cross functional organization and creating mechanisms to drive change

  • Strong analytical, diagnostic, and critical thinking skills, ideally with an analytical perspective

  • Comfort working with ambiguity and the ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and concrete action plans

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to be personable, humble yet persistent
