Specific Job Description
The Canadian Surface Combatant (CSC) Administrative Assistant is a senior administrator role that acts as the central point of coordination between program functions. This role provides primary office support for CSC program directors and senior management. It involves coordination of major program events involving company staff, partners, and customers, and ownership of key program meetings and calendars. This role is highly visible and will contribute to the overall positive working environment at Lockheed Martin Canada Inc. (Lockheed Martin). Travel planning and coordination will also be required for senior leaders.
The role works with deputy program managers, engineering leaders and the extended Lockheed Martin administrative team to further the success of the program. Works with other administration professionals on their programs as required.

Required skills, qualifications and experience
* Organized, detail oriented, and possessing a natural customer focus

* Experience handling multiple schedules and priorities
* NATO SECRET and Controlled Goods clearance required.
