- Thorough understanding of the brand, culture, the consumer and the marketplace
- Ownership of all knowledge as it pertains to the account as well as an understanding of how to acquire more
- Possess an in-depth understanding of how the client's business operates and the motivations of the various stakeholders
- Root creativity in commercial performance through the understanding and application of data and research
- Distill complex information into simple yet intelligent stories and deliver it in an engaging and inspirational manner
- Translate brand insights into clear and inspiring creative briefs and fuel the creative process
- Collaborate with creative and account teams to deliver work that create impact in culture
- Bachelors or Masters degree in a related discipline
- 8+ years experience in an agency environment, preferably a top creative agency
- Experience with iconic American household brands and campaigns
- Global advertising experience, an asset
- Superior storyteller (both written and verbal) with a clear and concise style
- Ability to write and inspire others to craft simple, clear and inspirational creative briefs and strategic decks
- Master of technological, cultural and media trends and best practices
- Deep knowledge of cultural and human trends.
