Come join Intuit as a Manager 2 Development. In this position, you will help delivering Tax Content engine and services, utilized in ProFile, Pro Tax and Turbo Tax Online.
What you'll bring
- 7+ years of hands-on software development experience using Java and/or C#.
- 3+ years of experience as an established technical leader of software engineering teams that have successfully delivered enterprise software products.
- Demonstrated experience leading positive change, empowering people, cultivating product technology visions and innovative solutions, and fostering effective engineering teams.
- Adept at articulating the product vision and drive the future roadmap with strong business acumen.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, demonstrated ability to explain complex issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent work-related experience.

- Mentor and coach a team of Software Developers focused on developing tax content engine and services.
- Drive a culture of innovation, technical and operational excellence.
- Ensure high quality, performance, and availability by test automation, monitoring, and following Intuit's processes and standards.
- Partner with Product Management, Tax Analysts, and technology teams to prioritize roadmaps, balancing the business needs with technology goals.
