Description: RESPONSIBILITIES:Business Transformation Architect Level 3Gaining a full understanding of the business problems, requirements and desired outcomes and translating them into requirement products such as business context diagrams, process and data flow diagrams, options analyses, business requirement documents, business use cases, and others as required;Working in a multi-initiative environment, assessing business needs, determining preferred business andtechnical solutions and required service asset(s) and prioritizing work to ensure the service roadmap aligns with the agency's strategic direction;Working within the commercial landscape yet leveraging other assets where possible;Liaise with project, program, internal and external stakeholders including other government departments and agencies;Analyze project and program needs and develop business solutions which enhance or leverage existing serviceassets;Work with other service components and project resources and define business solutions that make use of assets, processes and procedures from other service areas;Keep abreast of emerging changes and requirements in order to identify linkages, strategic opportunities and misaligned directions with other projects and initiatives;Mentor team resources and perform on-going knowledge transfer;Define service level objectives, desired business outcomes and performance metrics;Provide briefings and presentations to senior executives as required (senior executives is defined as Director, up to and including Vice-President);Provide advice, guidance, assistance and oversight for service design activities, including Strategic BusinessObjectives, Critical Success factors, definition and development of strategic value components such as strategy, competency, value and goal chains, definition of business competencies, capabilities, value drivers, outcomes and measures, definition of target business model, operating model, and target service model;Contribute content for executive reporting including dashboards, progress reports, and;Provide monthly progress reports.QUALIFICATIONSMust have a minimum of 120 months from bid closing date, of experience analyzing and developing architecture requirements design, process development, and process mapping.Must have a experience analyzing and developing architecture requirements design, process development, and process mapping on an IM/IT project.Must have a minimum of 24 months from bid closing date, of experience in the development of data acquisition strategies or statement of requirementsMust have a minimum of 48 months from bid closing date, of experience defining and negotiating business and program requirements with personnel in headquarters, and personnel in one of:Regional offices in Canada; orInternational offices.Valid Federal Government Reliability Clearance is a mustDURATION: 1 year
