Description:
One of TEKsystems client is looking for a Level 2 Support Analyst for a 7 month contract to start with a large pharmaceutical organization. This would be 100% on site in Saint Laurent.
Top Skills:
1) Level 2 support- helping with scanners, printers, coordinate the testing and installation
2) Level two call site support (windows troubleshooting/deployment, scanners, printers and hardware troubleshooting)
3) Manufacturing background , or pharmaceutical background able to work in a very regulated environment
