The Company is seeking an experienced Graphic and Motion Designer for a fulltime, permanent position to support its small team of researchers and educators to create and incorporate design elements into video presentations, reports, infographics and on-line lesson presentations into print and electronic formats. You will report directly to the Director, Business Development and work in a dynamic and collaborative global team environment. As the Graphic and Motion designer, you will be responsible for:
- Working with the Director Business Development to create social media banners and print graphic designs
- Designing and developing company collaterals, including annual reports, brochures, books, banners, advertisements, etc. as required
- Developing motion graphics for videos, presentations and reports (in Adobe After Effects)
- Maintaining the company website
- Developing and designing all branding and promotional materials
- Maintaining a uniform visual identity by adhering to brand standards
- Collaborating with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets
- Using their knowledge of the firm’s unique Caribbean audiences to create compelling and effective motion graphics, infographics, covers, calendars and designs for reports and educational presentations

Full time hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: We offer an attractive salary of $25 per hour
